Burnout Paradise is a racing video game developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts, released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles in January 2008, and for Microsoft Windows in February 2009. The remastered version for the Nintendo Switch will be released sometime in 2020. The game is set in the fictional Paradise City, an open world in which players can compete in several types of races. A DLC added a new part of the map, called Big Surf Island.
